For our business, remote hosting is not a vague or informal role. It is a clearly defined, backend‑driven scope focused on revenue performance, systems, and operational structure, not on‑site execution.

Remote hosting, as we provide it, includes strategic pricing oversight, listing optimization, and the full backend infrastructure required to support a professional short‑term rental. This includes automated guest messaging, rental agreement workflows, security deposit holds, and the creation of clear welcome and checkout instructions that align guest expectations with house rules.

Because this role is deeply systems‑based, remote hosting also includes account setup and configuration within professional property management software, porting and refining existing listing language where appropriate, revising and building message templates, and creating automation triggers that support consistency across the guest lifecycle.

When warranted, we also create targeted promotions - such as off‑season or demand‑driven incentives - to support occupancy without eroding revenue. Owner revenue is collected through the booking platforms and passed through Dream Stay Vacation Rentals, then reconciled with detailed accounting. Owner proceeds are remitted according to the agreed schedule and terms.
